Manchester City and England Player, Georgia Stanway, let us into her home and showed us how to make her favourite dish; a chicken, chorizo and prawn Jambalaya. It is full of protein, carbohydrates and vegetables to help her refuel after a day of training!
Cooking time: 1 hour
6 chicken thighs, chopped
75g chorizo, sliced
1 Pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 stick of celery, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 can of chop tomatoes
250 grams brown rice
For the spice Mix: 1 big squeeze of garlic puree
1 heaped tbs paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayan pepper
2 bay leaves
For the stock:
450 ml boiling water
1 chicken stock cube
